Stuffing box 1-1/4″ Shaft Bronze
The 1-1/4″ Bronze stuffing box is used on stern tubes and rudders alike (also known as a rudder stock). made from wear resistant gun metal LG2. Gland packing is added and compressed with the ‘Top hat’ and creates an air/water tight seal between the casting and prop shaft. Easily serviceable and long lasting.

Cutless bearings are Water lubricated shaft bearings, made from a synthetic nitrile rubber inner with a naval brass case or Phelonic case.
These traditional bearings are suitable for most general purpose marine applications.
